Monster Partners Up with Newspapers

Monster.com, a popular job-search site, recently partnered up with newspapers from Freedom Communications, Inc., such as the Orange County Register, to build and maintain new job-search websites for the newspapers and integrate listings into Monster’s recruitment database. These newspapers will also carry the Monster.com branding.
Online classified sites like Craigslist have eroded profits from traditional newspaper classifieds, resulting in partnerships to transfer ads from print to online.
