EBay Files a stockholder Lawsuit against Craigslist

As some of you know, eBay is a shareholder of Craigslist through a strange sell off deal with an ex-employee in 2004. The relationship between the two companies has been strained. Now eBay is claiming it is less of a shareholder and seeks to reverse the actions of CL execs.
