Syndicated Article on Craigslist

In December I completed an article for Entrepreneur.com titled “Marketing Your Business on Craigslist.” The article has now been syndicated on AOL, Yahoo, as well as many other business websites. Response has been tremendous with many people wondering just how they can make money using Craigslist.

Believe it or not, the practice of using Craigslist for marketing is not 100% accepted. I think this is due to the fact that many people abuse the system. The reality is that abuse will eventually make Craigslist less effective for your business. There are many ways to be aggressive without becoming a nuisance. If there is anything you learn in my book is that Craigslist is an advertising medium, which regardless of the cost to post requires strategy and thought.
